The How Not To Cookbook – Lessons learned the hard way is an art project by Aleksandra Mir that was commissioned and produced by Collective Gallery, Edinburgh. Prior to publication she invited 1000 contributors from all over the world to donate a how-not-to culinary moment.
Contributions by Jennie Guy were published in the Egg and Meat n’Potatoes chapters of this edition, published in August 2009 and launched at the Edinburgh Arts Festival.
